1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Raccoantib for equipment repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Raccoantib provides professional equipment repair services including but not limited to:

• Household appliance repair and maintenance
• Electronics and IT equipment repair
• Industrial equipment repair and servicing
• Emergency repair services
• Preventive maintenance programs

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are estimates and may be subject to change upon inspection
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued

3.2 Equipment Inspection

• All equipment must be inspected before repair work begins
• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be disclosed upfront
• We reserve the right to refuse service if equipment is beyond economical repair

3.3 Repair Authorization

• Written authorization is required before beginning any repair work
• Additional repairs discovered during service require separate authorization
• Emergency repairs may proceed with verbal authorization

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
• Equipment may be retained until payment is received in full

5. Warranty

5.1 Service Warranty

• We provide a 6-month warranty on all repair work
• Warranty covers workmanship and parts supplied by us
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse

5.2 Parts Warranty

• Genuine parts carry manufacturer's warranty
• Compatible parts carry our 6-month warranty
• Used parts are sold "as-is" with no warranty unless specified

6. Limitation of Liability

Raccoantib's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or software issues
• Consequential or indirect damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Damage to equipment that is unreported at time of service

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about equipment and faults
• Back up all data before service (where applicable)
• Remove personal belongings from equipment
• Provide safe access to equipment requiring on-site service
• Report any issues with repaired equipment promptly

8. Equipment Collection and Storage

• Equipment must be collected within 30 days of repair completion
• Storage fees may apply after 30 days
• Uncollected equipment may be disposed of after 90 days
• We are not responsible for equipment left beyond collection periods

9. Health and Safety

• All work is performed in accordance with UK health and safety regulations
• Gas appliance work is performed by Gas Safe registered engineers only
• Electrical work complies with current wiring regulations
• Safety certificates provided where required by law

10. Cancellation Policy

• Service calls can be cancelled up to 4 hours before scheduled time
• Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or weather

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK law. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
